I am using RoyalQ since 2 years, for some reason I am not able to see my current running strategies when I login to the app since 16th Dec 2023. I remember there was a flashing notification about ‘Email Verification Receiving Issues’. Is this the cause of this issue? If it is yes, then by when this issue will be resolved? I am not able to trade since then and its now around 2 months I am not able to see running strategy. Has anyone faced similar issue?
Please guide/help.
