Unfortunately this forum was the only “support” I received from RoyalQ after writing them a support request email.
I have an account with your company connected to Binance via API.
Since you started your maintenance up til today two of the coins traded through your app are still gone. There have to be 13 coins in my strategy, but there’s only 11 of them after maintenance.
Can you please revise my account and make sure those coins get traded again as they should?
